This 348-unit, 99-year leasehold private condo is situated at Champions Way, off Woodlands Avenue and Woodlands Drive 17. It is within a five-minute walk of the Woodlands South MRT Station on the Thomson-East Coast Line. The development is just one MRT stop from the Woodlands Integrated Transport Hub at the Woodlands Regional Centre and two stops from the Woodlands South MRT Station, which will connect to the upcoming Johor Bahru-Singapore Rapid Transit System link.
The units range from one-bedroom-plus-study to four-bedroom premium-plus-study, with sizes spanning from 495 sq ft to 1,335 sq ft. Prices start at $988,000 ($1,996 psf) for a one-bedroom plus study; $1.238 million ($1,984 psf) for a two-bedroom unit; $1.698 million ($1,923 psf) for a three-bedroom deluxe; and $2.238 million ($1,908 psf) for a four-bedroom deluxe plus study.
Norwood Grand is set to be launched for sale on Saturday, October 19. CDL notes that it is the first private condo to be launched in Woodlands since 2012.
